		<description>And here's the other bottom line: behaviorally targeted ads are more accepted by consumers. Yes, this horrid Big Brother technology can actually improve the advertising experience. When I see ads for products I'm actually in the market for, they look a lot less like ads to me. People are finding that out.</description>

		<description>Well said, Katie. When people think of "the banner", I'm betting they tend to think of either a static file or the terribly annoying rapid flashing banner they can't seem to escape. But those days are different. Banners now are -- assuming they were trafficked in such a way -- highly targeted, relevant to my browsing session and are very rich methods of gaining information about a brand without having to click away from my current session.

Our job is to show those capabilities to everyone!</description>
